After 2005 that was hard for me working at Turin2006, winter olimpic games, military telecommunication systems and have been few time for ham radio,
this year as usually during summer holidays i have allowed from Italian Ministry Sardinian callsign II0P that i want to use as following time :
- some weekend in july
- august
- some weekend in september
The location is the same of next years, Santa Teresa di Gallura (JN41OF - EU024) in extreme north of Sardinia Isl. in front of Bonifacio coasts (Corsica).
Working conditions during this trip are the following :
- RTX ICOM IC-7000
- 30m EH Cobra30
- 50Mhz EH Aspis6
During august holidays i want also try to operate from /MM in JN51AX as usually, but sea give me the game rules and if it's trouble i cannot go in navigation.
QSL route from 2006 is only direct because i prefer dont ask at my italian bureau to manage qsl different from my callsign, all informtions about on qrz.com.
That's all, hope to send chance to many friends and when gsm network permitt me i will connect to web cluster or in ON4KST chat.

Also this year i have been authorized to use special call II0P ( india india zero papa ) during my summer trip on Sardinia Isl.

All location informations and reference are same at last year but are changed my working conditions that for new trip are:

·     RTX ICOM IC-756ProII

·     One vertical antenna 10m to 40m made by I1UJX

·     One 50Mhz alluminium dipole home made (can be used for beacon when i'm not in shack) 

·     One 50Mhz 2 elements yagi home made

·     One 50Mhz dipole home made for my boat trip, installed in top of flying bridge

In order to my qsy's /MM ( JN51AX and hope JN50 ) this year i want to use special call.

As usually focus is on six meters but i want also working WARC bands when 6m conditions are not good.

Finally after 1 mouth i have received authorization from italian Communications Ministry for operations from Sardiania with a special call.

Was assigned me the call II0P ( india india zero papa ) that i want using during my summer trip on the island.

In order to my qsy's /MM ( JN51AX and hope JN50 ) i want using my personal call.

Also this year my focus is on six meters but i want pay attention also on 30m durin evening, and 12m-17m during 50mhz black moments in the morning.

Next Sardinian trip is now ready to start, i have planned to go on IS0 during Easter days between 18 april to 3 may. I have receive from John I1URX new vertical for 10-12-15-17-20-30-40m and new 50Mhz dipole that last summer thunderstorm had destroyed. Many part of the radio work i want to live on 30m but during black moment i can also lissen other WARC band, 40m and 6m in this sequence. I hope to made nice job for me and for all stations intrested at the beautifull Sardinia Isl. remembering that IOTA ref. is EU-024 and WWLocator is JN41OF. CU in operation....

Hy guys i'm return back to my qth in Turin prematurely tuesday afternoon. I'm sorry for that but cause a big thunderstorm on JN41OF with squalls of wind up 120km/h, my antenna setup for HF and 6m has been destroyed, moreover the sea conditions are not right to go on JN51AX again. All my operations on 18, 24 and 6m cannot continue, tnx to all stations that have made qso with me on Sardinia Isl. and also to the 32 stations that i have cantact on 6m from /mm on JN51AX. For all guys my qsl sure via my HC direct or bureau. I hope to have much lucky in next year.

Next Sardinia's trip is now ready to start. Tomorrow afternoon i'm start from Turin airport to Olbia and i hope to stay in Sta Teresa around 16.00z.

I want to look my antenna setup in the long evening and maybe possible operations around 20.00z. The operations can be testing 50Mhz, 18Mhz and 24Mhz for first and after success also 14-21-28Mhz.

I want to be active in Sardinia probably between 19 to 22 during  weakend. Is also possible, if sea conditions permitt me, i go on JN51AX but this time i will not be able to communicate the info on CLX, please lissen the band guys.  

 

Sardinia pleasure IS0/IZ1EPM  

I want to be active in Sardinia (IS0) grid square JN41OF (Santa Teresa di Gallura) IOTA EU-024 for few periods in the year. The planning is the following:

1.       For the Easter

2.     For the summer’s holiday between 1 to 31 august

3.     In november for the tuna fishing period form 1 to 10

In both periods my focus is on Six Meters, but also WARC are worked in black propagation moments, with following equipments:

·     RTX YAESU FT897

·     One vertical antenna 10m to 40m made by I1UJX

·     One 50Mhz dipole home made 

Is also possible, during this time, that 'm go whit my fisching boat in JN51AX, that is the location where we hunting big tuna.
